“The Snug” offers two popular, comfortable, well-equipped and completely separate holiday apartments in a quiet seaside location with great beaches and wonderful views of the sea and mountains .
“The Snug” is located off the Main Street in Dunkineely, beside a shop and 2 nice pubs ( some with entertainment) and is just 10 minutes drive to both Killybegs and Donegal town,. The location is ideal for exploring Donegal – whatever you fancy. Choices include great walking routes, several sandy beaches, several golf courses, water sports, fishing, island trips, music & dance. You could plan day trips from here to the Cliffs at Sliabh League, Glenveagh National Park, Bundoran Water World, The Giants Causeway.
For those who like to cook for themselves the kitchen in each unit has everything you would need, or if you prefer to dine out there are many good restaurants to choose from.
The Garden Apartment is ideal for pets, with tiled floors and a huge enclosed garden. We do accept small dogs in the 2bed unit. In all cases, dogs are strictly not allowed in bedrooms.
We have been welcoming guests to The Snug since 2012, many returning again and again.
Rates when booked directly: Same for both units
July & Aug: €700 per week, €120 per night, min 4 nights
Rest of yr: €500 per week, €100 per night, min 2 nights
Extra Charges: Cleaning: 2bed €40, 1bed €25.
